Whilst Brightedge Academy has taken reasonable care in the preparation of the contents of this website. Bright edge Academy does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information contained on this Web site or service. This website and all information contained in it is proprietary to Brightedge Academy who reserves all intellectual property rights in relation to all materials included on the Site. You should assume that everything you see, read and hear on the Site is copyright and/or trademark protected. You may not sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, prepare derivative works based on, re-post or otherwise use, store or distribute any of Brightedge Academy Intellectual Property in any way.

Bright edge Academy may provide links to other websites maintained by third parties. The links to any such third party websites are provided for your convenience only. Bright edge Academy has no responsibility for the content in any linked website. Bright edge Academy does not endorse or make any representations about them, or any information, software or other products, services or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to this Site, you do this entirely at your own risk.
VAT is payable regardless of the Delegate’s country of origin; the point of supply for VAT purpose is the location of the course. The published prices do not include any travel, accommodation or living expenses which the delegates may incur in attending unless specifically mentioned on the training booking agreement. All pricing quotations are valid only for 7 days from the date they are first sent to the Customer. All prices are subject to change due to the dynamic nature of our business.
The course fee(s), including VAT, are payable in full immediately upon confirmation. Customers wishing to make payments made from non-UK accounts or credit cards must be responsible for all bank charges in relation to the overseas transactions.
Administration fee for cancellations is payable immediately upon invoice. The Terms of this agreement override any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the Customer.
Once a partial or full payment has been processed, over the phone or on the website by the following methods: Debit Card, Credit Card, American Express or PayPal, the delegate is adhering to Brightedge Academy terms and conditions irrespective of a booking form having been signed.
Unless written cancellation is received at least 14 working days before the start date of the course, the full fees including VAT are payable in full and non-refundable. All cancellations made between, 0-14 working days prior to the course start date are subject to a 100% cancellation course fee which must be paid upon cancellation. If you do need to make a cancellation, please notify Bright Edge Academy via email- email@example.com
Should a course booking be made less than 14 working days prior to the course start date, the above cancellation terms still apply and fees are payable in full and non-refundable.
When a refund is issued to the Customer by Bright Edge Academy, the refund may take up to 20 working days to be processed. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the original payment was made. Deposits and credit card surcharge and banking fees are non-refundable.
Bright Edge Academy will not be liable for any fluctuation in exchange rates or bank charges for overseas refund transactions.
Course examination vouchers are non-refundable.
Non-attendance of any course for any reason whatsoever is deemed to be a cancellation with no notice and payment is due in full. A multiple course booking is when more than one course is confirmed that may make up part of a certification e.g. Business Analysis, PRINCE2®, AGILE Certification etc. Part attendance of a Course is when a delegate does not continue to the full course completion. In this situation the delegate will not be entitled to any refund for courses or part of the course that were not attended, this will be deemed as non-attendance.
TRAINING WORKSHOP REGISTRATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Brightedge Academy reserve right to accept or reject enrollment for any training workshop from any individual or corporate. Full workshop fee needs to be paid in advance for confirmation of booking. Some training workshop has enrollment eligibility criteria. Training participant must provide proof of eligibility when requested. Sometimes training participant may come across an unavoidable circumstance which prevents him/her from attending registered training workshop. In such case, the individual must inform Brightedge Academy IT Services training coordinator at least 3 days in advance. Training participant shall be allowed to choose next available training workshop within next 3 months. Only one instance of postponement is allowed. Training workshop fee once paid will not be refunded. We try to carefully schedule our training workshop however once in a while due to a high number of rescheduling request from training participant we may need to postpone a scheduled training workshop. In such cases, training participants will be informed in advance and they can choose next available training workshop within next 3 months. Training workshop fee once paid will not be refunded.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Brightedge Academy shall not be liable to you arising out of or in connection with the use of this website in contract or otherwise for any direct loss, loss of profits, business or anticipated savings, loss or damage to data or, nor for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever, whether sustained by you or any other person. In no event will it services, its suppliers, or other approved third parties be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lost profits, lost data, lost time or interruption) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information or services contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not it training zone has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the materials, information or services from this site results in the need for additional support, servicing or repair, you assume all costs thereof.
